Not really a free camp, because power is $5 a night, and we were happy to donate an extra $5 a night.
There is a tap for water and two power points. There is a toilet block (clean) but no showers. Linville is quiet and we walked 6km along the rail trail towards Blackbutt.
Had a chicken kiev meal at the hotel which was very nice. A shame to see old railway rolling stock just sitting and deteriorating. We enjoyed two good days in Linville.
